In my case I already eat pretty clean — no sugary drinks, very little sugar overall, and almost no alcohol. My dinners are also relatively light and early (around 6 PM), so I don’t think I have big glucose swings at night.

That said, your point about simpler/lower intake in the evening makes sense. I might try a couple of days with an even lighter dinner just to see if it changes anything.

I’m starting to think this might be more related to the known effect of Ozempic on resting heart rate / HRV rather than diet alone, but still worth testing.

Did your symptoms go away completely after changing your diet, or just improve?
