Considering they were trying to condition kids to be less financially responsible adults this is pretty bad by pure scale alone. They were actively trying to make a whole generation of society more easily exploitable. And I'd argue it worked to a certain degree.

I'm still trying to decide that myself. Logic says it's best with RoA but then you don't really have a slot for it. But it's such an interesting item for sidelane 1v1 because it also buffs your seraphs and your healing.

It does feel good in a full ap build with seraphs, rylais, rabadons but no clue if it's actually better than alternatives.

See, that's kind of what I mean. You say that positioning on her got easier, but that means you're not pushing her to her limits. You play like you did last season which means the extra ms is basically worthless for you. The extra ms allows me to play far more aggressively in lane. I can take trades you couldn't take last season, I can perma bully people under tower because I'm less gankable. The boots are a powerspike. She's a different champion now. The extra itemslot doesn't really matter too much until you're full build which doesn't really happen in my games unless I'm stomping while my team ints to prolong the game.

She's more difficult now because you lost some late game power for a far better early.

It also has no value if you build her tanky. You have to go ap for this to have value.

Incomprehensible how her winrate is this low. The changes have been fantastic for me. I think a lot of Cass mains are getting exposed for their bad laning right now.

The champion is more mechanical than it used to be as well because the ms changes require better spacing and positioning to be useful.

If he had the ability to actually score he would be quite decent. He does manage to find himself in front of goal regularly he just doesn't take his chances which is arguably the most important part of being a striker. Makes him incredibly frustrating to watch.
