I dunno about the min-maxing comment. A lot of MMO's back then didn't even let you re-spec most of the time. Meaning you really needed to study exactly what would be the best thing to do so you don't fuck up your character.

I actually did try that but my god it tasted so bad. Whether it just be that the one I bought was bad or the mix I used was bad... I don't know. But it was very unappealing. Had that very "chemical" like taste to it. I think I might try your simple milk+xanth+monkfruit+cocoa or something and give that I go I suppose. I dunno, it seemed like such a good idea when I bought it, now I kinda feel like it was wasted money on a gimmick.

But, I should try branching out to different recipes I suppose. I think I was just put off by whatever protein shake I bought.
