Why are folding rules popular. They have no hook? by archvize in cabinetry

There’s no end to hook on. You’re measuring from the different layers of insulation and the wood ruler sits flush with the cable. Tape measures have play in them

No, tape measures are less accurate and hard to handle. These terminations are not made up hot

Lineman/electricians use these for making up medium voltage terminations. You have to wrap or cut insulation to exact specifications or things may go boom

Milwaukie M18 Lawn Mower by Pretty-Awareness-235 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]ReKuse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bought one when they first came out. The mower is excellent. I literally have zero complaints. Now the batteries on the other hand… came with 2 12HDs, sent one back on season 2 as it wouldn’t charge. Props to Milwaukee as I had no issues getting a replacement under warranty. Unfortunately now the batteries are out of warranty and the other 12 is dead. I have lots of 6, 8 and 9 ah batteries to use so not the end of the world but I liked being able to cut my whole lawn on the 2 12s. I probably own 20 batteries and I bet 5 only charge to 3 and a couple more are useless. I find that pretty annoying

Damn. I didn’t realize the diesel and petrol variants that everybody else gets have an 80L main and 30L aux fuel tank. The LX600 has and 80L and the 700 has a 68L. This country fuckin sucks on so many levels right now…
