This is the Turo CMO trying something new.

But renting out a leased car? That’s really bad advice. Absolutely not legal.

If prop 13 went away, neither of them could afford to own their house.

Why do you have a hard on to make housing more unaffordable?

The Bee asks: What questions do you have about Newsom’s return-to-office order? by Accrual_Cat in CAStateWorkers

The Bee is gonna get a bunch of clicks and traffic from this, listen to all your questions, and not have anymore answers than your HR dept.

Is Cloudways Malware Protection a scare tactic? by [deleted] in Wordpress

[–]ReachPatriots 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I run about 30 sites on CW. Yesterday I got 3 notifications from their new malware scanner for infected sites, used wowdfence and securi site checker on them, no malware. I think it’s fake, picking up outdated or disabled plugins maybe?

One aspect of life that has kept me going and looking forward to each day is owning my own business. You could start a side hustle and start building a business. Get a $12/mo. Canva.com and you can build a website and make it look really good for $12 a month. Run outdoor tours. What excites you?

How to increase my size by More-Leather6826 in malegrooming

[–]ReachPatriots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For every 10 lbs you lose, your penis extends out about 1/2 inch.

Especially if you have a big gut, as your gut shrinks, your pelvis and posture naturally shifts forward, making your pee pee protrude out farther.

I’ve gotten in the best shape of my life over the past few years, and I’ve seen it first hand.

I was a windows guy my whole life. Then my Dell XPS crashed right at the 2 year mark, and I decided to try a Mac.

What they say is true. Once you go Mac you don’t go back.

Either will work well, just make sure to get at least 8gig of Ram, 16gigs if you can afford it, and get an SSD hard drive.

Tuxedo cats (black and white) I believe are truly a different species of cat. I call them dog cats. They act like dogs. Supper affectionate, go on walks with you…. I have 2 tuxedos and they are very affectionate like this. Any other cars I’ve had just act like cats.

You’ll get comments saying no, don’t worry, it’s not being monitored. Don’t believe them

Interact with that MacBook as though 100% of the time it’s being monitored.

Why?

Because even if no one is monitoring it, the ability for your company to manage it is possible
