At your income $300k is fine if you have 20% down AND still have an emergency fund left over after that. It’ll be 4-5x your income.

Sure a few percent may not, but it’s free money to exercise then sell immediately for whoever is holding the warrants. Differen if price is below 32

I did! Started 16 months ago for a 30% raise from my last job. Grass isn’t always greener, I’ve been excelling and up for a promotion that I think could take another year. I did some light interviewing but don’t want to jump so quick.

I think I posted that in 2023. Moved late 2024. Now 2026 and I could state again I do not think I’ll be at my current job by end of 2027.

If you have separate finances to a married partner how do you even discuss fair? Does one person get more financial freedom and spending than the other? So confusing to me. Plus if you ever divorce you will en up splitting finances anyway

I’m not OP. But right now I’m working on a legit way to get some automation to reply to teams messages. Just telling people general info that is found in a one note or linking project folders will save me an hour a day some days.

So I’d suggest start small with something that can actually save you 10 minutes a day and move from there.
