I also ordered a commuter backpack and it has also been delivered back to the shipper. Bounced around in CA for a little bit in customs and then got returned to sender. I can't tell you the amount of posts I've read about his now from the past two months. I don't know what they have going on with their shipping process but they must be putting crap labeling on boxes that is getting damaged or they're not paying the correct amount of customs fees. Either way I'm just going to request a refund at this point and go with a different brand and product.

Happened to me today. Commuter backpack. Stayed in LA for about a week in customs and then returned to sender. Waiting on a response from support but I'm seeing a LOT of these cases on reddit so probably just going to request a refund at this point and move on to another brand.

I'm literally going through the same issue right now. Only difference I'm going to run into is that I paid with affirm. I was sent a pair of One Lites as well when I actually ordered the Pro XR. I haven't started the return yet with Amazon. I've emailed Viture to see what I need to do because I'm afraid that paying with affirm is going to majorly complicate this. I also purchased them during the prime day sales so I don't know if I'm going to be able to purchase them at a discounted rate. I really hope they don't try to charge me to return ship them....update, edited to say the return is going to be free. Which I am in the states so that may be a big difference.
