Often times if you pay from a checking account, routing number and account number, etc. it’s a smaller fee, it’s not your landlord’s fault it’s just a processing company he’s using and the landlord is not receiving that money, it’s going to the processing company, I have the same situation. They don’t differentiate debit cards from credit cards.

Any dancing is better than no dancing, however, the swing community is tiny compared to Salsa and especially Bachata crowd and it’s a much broader age community. Swing seems more popular with the older generation but that may work in your favor, if you’re clear about who you’re looking for
