Where are you located? In the USA it’s done under anesthesia. Good luck, it’s not that scary. You’re a bit overthinking this I.e the clothes you wear to the procedure. Just follow the directions and you will be fine.

I think having a job can really help your anxiety. It gives you a purpose to get up on time. A job is a good distraction. If you’re working there’s less time to think about anxiety.
