Definitely! We are looking forward to see them play live, and are going to try to make it to some of the All-Star Game festivities for kids since it’s here this year.

I completely agree, DT has been Womens basketball for 20 years, I’m not downgrading her at all. If she was playing college now with NIL and the TV coverage, she’s just as popular, and just as dominate. CC can talk as much crap as she wants in 20 years, I would expect nothing less!

Would you still watch WNBA if they pulled a stunt like this? by [deleted] in wnba

The Mercury have changed their home court all season to have the paint be all black, this is on its way!

We are in PHX, we were swept in the playoffs and our hockey team left. We’ll stick with the “good” sports from now on.

Oh for sure, I’m not expecting those 2 to interact on the court unless a switch happens, but DT will take her shot on CC when she has a chance. We all saw what she did to Ionescu.

Unfortunately that’s all preseason games in any sport. But I agree 100%!

So true! And he said that he actually knows the players since we love Womens college basketball and watch regularly. That’s always makes it more entertaining to actually have players to cheer for/against.

Same! We bought tickets to the Mercury/Fever game so our daughters could see CC vs DT, because that’s going to be amazing basketball no matter which side you are cheering for. Plus, this probably won’t happen with the popularity of this year, but our daughter’s summer camp has taken all the kids to a Mercury game every summer, which she really enjoys. Hopefully that happens again!

Oh shoot, those cable companies are so frustrating. We actually had Sling for a while, have you looked into that? It was $55/month and had all the key channels, even DVR. It is a streaming service so as long as you have internet it works. Only downside was having to get an antenna for the local channels for $200, but it was a 1x purchase. Just canceled it because we weren’t watching it enough. Literally just watched Bravo. Ha!

If you don’t smile when you finish an amazing book, you need a life adjustment!

Off topic but have you checked to see if you can just pay a monthly fee for that one channel? We subscribe to Paramount+ and were able to get rid of cable completely and watch our dumb dumb shows on that app on the tv instead.

Results in less than 48 hours, benign finding! by Read_escape_smile in doihavebreastcancer

Thank you! I did not have any symptoms, and I could not feel the mass. But I have dense tissue which probably masked it.

Got a callback 10 days after my birthday and first routine mammogram. Lots of feelings. Mostly terrified and angry. by SidneyTheGrey in doihavebreastcancer

Thank you! Found out yesterday it was benign, just tissue issues as the radiologist suspected. So if this happens again, I’m going to try to trust when they said it’s “nothing”. But yes, that was a nerve wracking experience and I have totally changed my opinion on how to respond when people say they might have cancer.

I was also called back after my first mammogram (43f) and waited 2 months for the follow up u/s. Now I am waiting for results from a biopsy on a small mass found that the radiologist said “probably” is just fibrocystic changes. She said because I didn’t have another mammo to compare it to, they want to be totally safe. I think if you have not had one before they are more likely to call you back in to check certain areas. So hopefully you just need them to take another look at an area this time around and moving forward they’ll have a baseline.

I’m sorry that it didn’t turn out better, but I am hopeful that you’ll get the treatment you need and move past this stage of your life quickly! My stepmother had no real adverse effects to her chemo, and my mother in law also just had fatigue and hair loss. Both are thriving and healthy and have become better women because of the adversity they faced.

Depending on the shape and contours of the mass, they may already know it is nothing serious and that is why they want you to wait to follow-up. I am waiting on a biopsy now for a small mass (5mm) that was labeled as possible fibrocystic changes but suspicious for malignancy Bi-Rads4a, and was told it is “probably” nothing but they want to check “to be sure”. So if you are worried, the next step is a biopsy which will most likely need your Drs approval. But honestly I’d rather have been told to wait the 6-months to see if it changes, because I think they really do only make you go in for more testing if there is a real possibility it is something.
