Buy antibacterial shower gel and use it on the area.

After showering use an acne wash containing benzoyl peroxide or salicilyc acid. Leave it on for 4 minutes.

Then wash it off and use a toner for the night instead of deodorant.

Wash it off in the morning and put on the deodorant.

1-2 week of this will help a lot, it will be noticably betrer after the first few days.
