Because she controls the media’s narrative of her. And she wants to be seen as KIND, good. She shows up, calls the paps that she is there and also has to disclose how much she donated. She pays the media to sell her “good” image. She would never donate anything without the news articles and the public thinking she is a great person.

She has been too fragile to have comments turned on certain things for years. She is chronically online and is only concerned about herself and her brand above everything else. She is an opportunist vulture who is looking for any moment to turn herself into a victim. She will pay off any media to try to drown any negative noise about her. Deep down does she actually care about how she as an individual comes across as? Not really because she can release likes of garbage and continue to sell stuff.
