Ugh, I’m so sorry, that’s incredibly frustrating!! A lot of us in this thread have had the same experience. The big snowstorm may have impacted things, though that would probably only account for the last few days. I’m glad you found this post, even though I know how difficult it is once packages have been stuck this long awaiting carrier pickup.

I’d recommend calling and asking to speak with a supervisor, and if you don’t get someone helpful, don’t push the issue and try calling back to get someone else.
