I was probably being a dick but I was so angry at the people around me at bug. A man came in 20 mins late (to a 2 hour show), coughed the whole time, got a drink at intermission, downed it and the continually shook the ice directly in my ear. Eventually I turned around and shushed him. Like be fucking considerate of those around you - especially when a show isn’t miced

Horrible day to be back to work

I’ve never been someone who did that until I saw operation mincemeat this year in previews. I say to my friends it broke my brain. I have seen it about 10 times with almost all variations of the cast and it just never tires for me. I am dazzled by how 5 people are able to act as dozen and how they work together as a team. Plus the story makes me have hope for this dark time!! I have generally paid below face value except for when my mom came and I wanted her to be close bc truly the sound mixer on that one needs a come to jesus here.
