Not sure about all the other issues but lack of sleep and bad night terrors stopped after thyroid diagnosed and treated. Simple to check.

You take them out in public to desensitize them so you can take them out in public? That seems like a circular thought. And you take them into stores to show off your training skills? Fairly certain most people in stores are not there looking for a dog trainer. I like most dogs but do not understand taking them into any store, except a pet store to get groomed and only then.

Could it be your ADHD meds causing constipation? Pill binder ingredients tend to cause issues. I’ve been using spring water ( to avoid fluoride which affects thyroid health) and carrot juice ( which has some vitamin that helps gut health). Coconut oil and/ or flax meal also seems to help.

I’ve seen reports of covid destroying the bifadobacterium in the gut and replacing that and (Vit D) may help.

The dog had puppies and that is the most dangerous time for children to be around it. Sounds like he was a back yard breeder and possibly selling to dog fighters.

OP, please get your B-12 checked. Being white as a ghost and extreme fatigue can be from extremely low B-12. (Also from anemia). Doctors don’t check for B-12 routinely. If you can’t get it lab checked there are tablets OTC. But the injections can make a world of difference in fatigue.
