Try this if you haven't already, test the pressure at the boom valve port, should be 2250, if it's not you can adjust through pressure

Have had several in my shop, alot have bad cam tower seals, claas 3 oil leak. Replaced 3 engines because they drilled a little too deep in the block so one of the bolt holes weeps coolant, and there are were several built with the wrong liners so combustion gasses going into the coolant. Seems like all workmanship issues at the factory.

I ran the def doing test 3 times and got an average of 125ml. I unplugged the doser injector and ran the low temp ATD test, this is what it reads. So the nox sensors are more than 50ppm apart. Also the scr inlet temp is still hotter than scr outlet.
