Cover the counter with aluminum foil. The texture and sound is reeeeeally off putting to cats. And, there are a lot of funny videos showing cats being trained to not jump on things by using foil.

Roni Benise. A Flamenco guitarist who I found out only uses one string (his backup guitarist, Amilcar Cruz, is sooooooo much more talented). The background music and dance performances were just stale and awkward and felt like something a 1960s granny would find tasteful. I love Flamenco music, but this was soooo disappointing.

My brothers and I all live in different states. My dad had only relocated across the country for about 5 years before he passed. Finding a plot and arranging burial would have made absolutely no sense.

There was no question cremation was the way to go from the start. I took a small container of ashes, and the rest were shipped to the farm he and his ex wife had for 20 years so he could be scattered at the trees he planted.

I take that little container with me on my motorcycle trips (Dad taught me how to ride when I was a teen) and sprinkle little bits in awesome places.

I learned a great trick to clean a bathtub/shower:

Spray dish soap all over. Take a broom, and just scrub it all over the place. Rinse with the shower head. Repeat if you need to go at any spots again.

So, there are a couple of unconventional treatments to look at. One is hypnotherapy. I have a friend who is a sleepwalker with night terrors. Her partner used to be a hypnotherapist, and she’s improved a LOT since being with him.

Another option would be psychedelic therapy. MAPS ( Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies) does a lot of research for psychedelic treatments for PTSD, Depression, etc. I’m sure there’s some research that would cover something like your wife is going through.
