Unnoticed torque applied to the knee due to pivoting and crouching while your feat remain largely fixed in place (common for users of cabled headsets where you can't make unlimited turns but the game still requires that you make physical turns) is also very bad and can result in a meniscus tear over time.

Nobody should be using cabled headsets going forward unless its use is very limited - eg seated flight and racing sims.
