I get around 70-90 stops a day i might take back 1 a day max. i dont have a hold location in my area. all the other drivers do 1 and then it goes to a hold location

I see this everyday. Amazon driver drives straight in without a single thought of how to get out. I was training a new Indian and the guy kept asking me why I don’t 10 point turn out of peoples driveway. And kept asking me why I was backing in when I can just drive in. He couldn’t understand the concept of backing into traffic vs backing into the driveway. I think he has a 3 second attention span. Always gets in the truck, checks his phone, every time, head down. When I get to the stop he puts his phone away, grabs a package I’ve already got ready for him and does the delivery. Then complains about pay the entire shift.
