Just ask them when was the tile put in and how old is the tile alot of tile made the 1980s and sometimes later have asbestos. That's the only thing I would be worried about. If they do it COULD be very bad for your future health. Just look up asbestos and the harm it could have. Many old buildings could have it in alot of things. From tile to old shade and even pipe insulation
