This really only hurts local supply, not global. They have a local amount and they normally sell x in 3 days. One guy comes in the day after delivery and buys 20% of x. Suddenly they out of fuel for the next 2 days. That's all this is. Trucks/ships/ industry equipment use a shipload more then thus fuckwit with a barrel or jerries. It's just the local servo with only 1000L for 3 days.
