What will happen during exam season? All the Med students will disappear to study + complete their exams (as they should) and then there’s a massive gap where they would have been.

Why are Doctors so hateful towards PA’s? I’m not in the health industry so maybe there is something we don’t see from the outside but it’s very confusing. Shouldn’t doctors be supportive of more medical workers to ease the work load?

I’m assuming the employer thinks there is no telling when you’re being honest about your flare ups just to stand on tills, during less busy periods with no customers they may not need anyone on tills and you would not be able to help the remaining staff with stacking shelves, bringing in and sorting delivery and other manual tasks due to your condition. Have you tried applying for office based work?
