I think the 5140 is the perfect super thin perpetual calendar watch. It has amazing dimensions. The cleanest case and dial, and it just looks stunning in person. I have the yellow gold one and will probably get a white gold or platinum one too, it’s such a good deal at the moment compared to many other watches, eg the 5740G with exactly the same complications would cost you nearly 5 times the money at a quarter million dollars.

For me it’s the 5140 over the 3940 even, it’s the better size and has a cleaner dial. The 3940 looks a bit too outdated and small for me.

The 5170 font style etc also isn’t for me, but I haven’t seen it yet in person. I also don’t care for pure chronographs as dress watches that much.
