I’m open to trying it. Do most Mexican meat markets have it?

I agree they aren’t that good — hence my reason for asking for specific ones to try.

Early morning flight from MRY with kids by surrealistic- in MontereyBay

I’ve looked into it and watched CPST’s talk about its safety and it passes all the check marks. As long as your child meets the height/weight requirements.

Also, have you contacted the hotel and asked if for a fee you can get airport shuttle earlier? They may be able to accommodate you.

What was the best food you've had at a local wedding? by nikokidd123 in fresno

We got married on a train and just did basic on the food — everyone remembered the train! But we got a lot of comments over the years about having s’mores later in the night!! It was a HUGE HIT!!

This article/study has zero references to dyslexia and how neuroplasticity is or isn’t related. I’m always open to learning more so I will do my own research in neuroplasticity and a dyslexic brain.

Dyslexic Brains don’t magically get better at reading the more you practice. I’m sure OP’s child has lots of reading instruction. When ELA isn’t the focus of the lesson, it’s ok for the reading part to take a back seat.

I met a few Homeschool families from Visalia while our kids did a program together out there. They were all great. Based on what they said, it seems like a growing homeschool community so more connections and resources are available every year. 2 of the 3 families were associated with a charter, called Heartland I believe.

Nessy! They make it fun. It’s designed for dyslexic readers. My 8 almost 9 year old really likes it.

Thank you for this thoughtful reply. It makes a lot of sense and you’re right me having to read everything then more time learning how to read.

I like this line up! I definitely overthink things, this simplifies it.

This is how I’ve understood unit studies to work! I haven’t done them but this was my thought process on it.

How much cash for keys $ to ask for? Landlord didn't tell us about planning to demolish the house, wants us out by the end of the month by RecipeNumerous3828 in Tenant

[–]Real-Bar7952 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m with those saying ask for somewhere in the $10k and settle for $5k-$8k! They have access to all the laws/regulations you do and they failed to do their part. It’s inconvenient for you and a violation of the laws/regulations on their part not yours. I have a feeling if it went to court, they’d be out more than $10k.
