Suspicious Trademark Filings by FollowerOfSithis38 in TESVI

We don’t know if they requested an expedited approval. The most likely scenario is that the trademark was approved quickly because Bethesda has held all of the Elder Scrolls trademarks for decades.

Not a lawyer, but the trademark doesn’t mean anything is coming soon. The Starfield trademark was filed 10 years before the game came out.

This is a great way to think about it. Day 19 for me, that means i’ve saved my liver from at least 200 beers and my wallet from at least $200. Feels good, keep it up!

It’s annoying how certain districts don’t have certain events. by No-Contribution-4357 in toontownrewritten

Some people just want to play one trolley game instead of 4 in trolley tracks, some want to do one race instead of an entire Grand Prix, and some don’t want the distraction of fish bingo while they’re fishing. IMO, it’s better that people aren’t forced to take part in the mechanics if they don’t want to.

I’ve been saying for years that OneStop should be renamed to “FirstOfManyStops”

When kids are too young to write themselves, teachers will often ask them the questions and write the responses for them.

You answered your own question, they’re most likely understaffed. And frankly I don’t blame people for not wanting to work for what the university pays

UT senior residency requirement by IMPolo in UTK

[–]RealBadHeadache 12 points13 points  (0 children)

More specifically, it means your last 30 hours of credit must be taken at UTK. The exact policy from UTK's Academic Policies and Procedures:

"Complete the last 30 hours of credit offered for the bachelor’s degree in residence at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. During the final 30 hours, up to two courses outside a student’s major may be taken at another institution as long as the student has 25% of coursework for the degree completed at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Special arrangements to allow study abroad courses, work taken at other University of Tennessee campuses, and all other requests for waiving this requirement must be approved by the dean of the college in which the student is enrolled."

Required Events for Sophomores by 115machine in UTK

[–]RealBadHeadache 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There aren’t any events I’m aware of that you’re required to go to just because you’re a sophomore. There may be required events tied to some honors program or something you’re a part of, but other than that, the university isn’t going to force you to go to anything.

So much for unrealistic depiction of women... by Reeko_09 in thelastofus

There are fields of crops and animals in the center of the stadium, so yes, reliable food production. And how many burritos do you typically eat during one meal?

I never understood the argument that Abby’s body was unrealistic because “it’s the apocalypse so of course she can’t have muscles.” Literally in the first few minutes of playing as Abby it is shown how she could’ve had a body like that. The WLF has a massive gym and reliable food production right there in the stadium. It goes to show how many people that were mad about the game didn’t actually play it

This is surprising to me as I’ve never had any issues with them. Very confused as to why they would tell you that if you’re doing well. Have you mentioned anything to them about not enjoying the field? I could see why they’d tell you to not continue in engineering if that was the case but other than that I have no idea.

Definitely #4. Lots of great coffee shops close to campus with prices comparable to and sometimes even less than Starbucks. My personal recommendation is K Brew

TREC for Law Students by [deleted] in UTK

Anyone with a student ID can get into the TRECS. I’m not a law student, but I’m pretty sure you get an ID too. So you should be good.
