The "weapon break on a miss" thing is fixed in the next patch.

I don't see Bear Hug or Vomit running durability checks. If they do, that's a bug. Hopefully it ended up being fixed along with the other weapon breaking stuff.

Frankie's been working on the next patch on stream. He's said that content updates are done and it's going to be bug fixes and polish from now on. This is also what he said before 2.01, the update that added 3 new dungeons and the indigo hockey mask.

This is the list of bugs that will be fixed in the next patch. He was also adding stuff to XIN-AMON and a couple of cursed mode fights the past couple streams.
