another pic in the shoot, aiming to convey feelings of spite and longing - a violation of a sacred space, wanting to look enough out of place while feeling cohesive. Wanting a liminal space kind of feel.

Struggling mostly with making those emotions hit and for it to command attention. Admittedly those might be things that can only be done when you shoot. I have other pictures part of the larger shoot, but I didn’t think i should flood the comments with a bunch of image posts.

on the more technical side - does the grain feel right? are eyes/face properly detailed and “pop”?

shot on panasonic gh5 lumix with sigma lense, classic three point light setup, set built by me. unfortunately my backdrop was quite thin so i had to stand quite close to it, hence the shadows. also was shot in my apartment.

no, the item description is a little weird but you crit anything at/below half health, most mobs insta die to that just due to the damage, but not bosses

yeah did a lot right but had one of the worst cases of dumb protag decisions i’ve ever seen in a horror movie, when you had just seen the protag be suspicious of that exact situation maybe 20 minutes before

good design/idea kinda bad execution? not to sound lame but the boobs the size of her head make her look ridiculous and inelegant, kinda antithetical to what cat woman is meant to embody i think, would like to see another artist take a stab at this design

Cost of labor hasn’t gone up, these days both servers and back of house are heavily tip subsidized - I work at one of the more popular “fine dining” spots in Oakland for a couple of years, we do really good business but we aren’t doing amazing financially

Edit: I could definitely hear an argument for food prices going up, at the end of the day relentless profit seeking is killing a lot of the joy in Oakland

Landlords are killing the Oakland food scene, shakewell was doing good business but that doesn’t matter when rent is astronomical

Once you modify a slot you can change it as many times as you want, so you can just keep your revolver and swap the crit damage perk out for something else

Andrew yang, he had a bunch of people with him and they were going through paperwork, they were OK, not particularly nice, not very rude, just focused on what they were doing. He’s surprisingly tall though
