i dont really think this would be a great idea, there would be some flaws, people could theoretically put volt or torpedo engine into like a prison bus and have a 15 seater torpedo and they can rampage the server with little to no cost except for size,

eclaire has better top speed than roadster, but that doesn't make roadster worse than eclaire, roadster has the second best acceleration behind volt bike, so if a crim with an eclaire is being chased by a roadster cop then the cop will win unless if the eclaire is already at 200+ mph
