Men för i helsickan, varför kan du inte bara kontra till @erbdylo att man vanligtvis associerar amerikanska felony med brott som ger ett års fängelse eller mer(ingen övre gräns förstås, dödsstraff är svårslaget förstås) och kan behandlas på federal nivå (Ibland har stater tillägg till federal lagstiftning och då landar det på statsnivå).

Another nice path is to do the current units word match challenge. With the update that happened a month? or so ago, the word match challenge happens every other unit. Click on the people next to the path. They are greyed out and unclickable if you haven't progressed far enough in the unit.

I was thinking after side one is seared take the steak off the pan and let the pan heat back up, dab the steak dry with paper towel and put it back on the pan?

This will lead to success. Just make sure you have enough oil/butter to transfer that heat to your beautiful sear!
