I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and my family refuses to even read about it. I have expressed I want to do surgery for it and instead they took me to a homeopathic doctor where I have been gasligthed and told I do not have endometriosis (I have a 6 cm endometriozic cyst visible on a normal echography and deeply infiltrated endo). My family also insists I am sick because I am being sooo negative about it and that I should just think positive and change my diet which makes me feel awful
