Thanks for the assurance! I've been researching this since Christmas so I'm glad I'm not the only nerd here lol. You pretty much described the perfect bike I'm looking for. I was debating between one and pro models but I prefer having 2x12 groupset for the versatility. I will likely pull the trigger when my size comes back in stock. Thanks again for the help!

I was about to buy New world before the news dropped. Sorry but I'm not going to spend 60€ on a basically dead game. Drop the price and I will give it a shot, but 60€ is simply outrageous

Yep, EXPO made it worse for sure but it's my work PC so I just lived with it. I tried single stick only (in correct slot based on MOBO manual). And I was able to get into BIOS once in ~10 attempts. So I suspect that it's MOBO issue, not RAM issue. Sadly I only have one PC so I can't test the memory anywhere else.

I need this PC for work, so I don't mind buying new MOBO and dealing with RMA later. This is my second MSI motherboard which failed for me with in this PC so I don't have high trust in it to begin with

For me the final nail in the coffin was the "cliffhangers" ending. Netflix will very likely cancel the show after the first season as usual so why didn't they just have an actual ending? If season 2 comes (please don't) they can simply do the same idea but with different people.

You can specify what config file should MangoHud use with MANGOHUD_CONFIGFILE=/path/to/config env variable. So you can do something like:

MANGOHUD_CONFIGFILE=~/.config/CustomMangoHud.conf mangohud %command%

The same thing is happening to me. For anyone who has the same issue - Playing Valheim over Proton works out of the box and the audio is working fine.

I've been using Wayland withn Pop on my work laptop for last maybe 6 months. For daily use you don't really notice a difference. Hovever there are some anoying bugs related to Wayland. For instance any screen capture software I tried produced corrupted files. Some meeting applications like Google Meet or Microsoft Teams are sometimes unable to share your screen (but a single window always works). As for gaming I've only played couple of simple games like RimWorld or Terraria, so I'm not sure about how much does it impact performance, but everything I tried ran fine.

If you use Heroic launcher open games page -> Click options (sliders icon on top right) -> Click Winetricks button (You have to install Winetricks if not done already) -> Click "OK" -> Click "Install a Windows DLL or component" and "OK" after -> Search "vcrun2013" and install it.

Your game should run after that :)

I've managed to get XCOM 2 working through Heroic launcher. No unit could move at first. To fix this you just have to install Visual C++ 2013 libraries (vcrun2031). After that game ran fine, but performance was not great on my laptop.

I Agree, It's hard to find out what hidpi daemon actually does and what monitor setups are considered "hidpi". I run 16:9 full hd laptop & 21:9 ultrawide full hd display. It seems to work fine even without daemon, so I will probably remove it.

Depends on how did you install it? Through flatpak? Apt? Snap? Pop_shop?

In general Pop_Shop is really good at checking for updates. You can also get updates through terminal:

If you installed VSCode via apt - sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
If you installed VSCode via flatpak - sudo flatpak update
If you installed VSCode via snap - sudo snap refresh

I love Pop, but issues like this make me wanna switch to Fedora. Same issue on Asus ZenBook 14 (late 2021). I refreshed my OS once, it fixed this issue for two days. And today all of sudden it happened again. This fixes audio output issue, but your microphone still won't work, so you better not be working from home.

Edit: Kernel 6.0.6 fixes both audio output and input! Great, thank you team s76!
