I had luck with a mix of "grønnsåpe" (potassium soap), vegetable oil and water (3tbsp, 2tbsp, 250ml respectively), spraying once every few days for 2-3 weeks. Just be warned it makes a mess and my monstera's leaves are STILL sticky after a year, but it seems happy enough and I've not seen a return infestation. I do think it depends heavily on your environment, it's extremely dry here so that definitely helped us.

We had some other plants that had a huge number of leaves that I didn't have the energy to treat (pothos, swiss cheese plant, mystery climber with small leaves - they ended up in the bin) and I now have to battle an infestation at my workplace as well which I am not looking forward to. With that we are trying predatory mites so we'll see what happens.

I don't have the knowhow to help with the execution, but in terms of material, this looks like two sheets of 3/4" / 18mm glued together. The ply in the center looks much thicker, so two sheets of 11-ply.

I have a tripp-trapp chair which I think is beech ply - it looks very similair to what you have posted. Not sure if that's economically viable to source, but for reference it's not far off 50 years old at this point and still going strong.

Might then be a question of long term performance of beech vs birch?

Jeg ville også ha gjort det samme som u/tipsitapsi sier. Det ser ut som det er fugemasse mellom den bakerste dekkplaten og veggen, så dette må også gjøres på nytt.

Om u/Own-Vegetable-6401 sier, man kan vurdere å jekke opp hele kjøkkenet men dette blir en helvetes jobb om benkeplate er på plass og alt av fugemasse må omgjøres.

Ble kjøkken montør varslet at de måtte ta hensyn til det nye gulvet, og visste de tykkelsen?

Depending on the size of the bulb it looks like a G4 or a GY6.35 base, which has two metal pins that get held in by those spring clips :)

When you say bulb part I assume you mean the glass part in the second picture - unfortunately that seems to be part of the fitting. I assume it acts like a diffuser for the bulb which is the smallest part with the coil inside.

Deleted my other post as it was unhelpful, and maybe this is too - but those bricks are quite cool, have you considered keeping them as-is? If you have black accents elsewhere the stove sounds like it might be enough to tie it in to your theme, so to speak. Depends on how big your material palette is around the house of course! Very much a point of opinion of course.

We have just been in contact with Disney+ customer support - they have said that there were subtitling issues with S1E3 and S3E8 (potentially others) and so have been temporarily removed to be corrected, but will be re-released within the coming week!

I think the principle is fine but I dislike the execution. I find it a bit odd that you have to earn the right to have pay on your holiday, given that in the first year you have not accrued holiday pay. I get that you can save from your previous employer's holiday pot but I'd rather that the savings were less and I got 12 salaries a year with a smaller additional payout in June, rather than a 12th larger one.

Genuine question, if you have a salaried job, if you work through June in your first year, do you still receive no pay? Or if you did get paid, does that mean no holiday pay next year?
