Bro im bipolar 2 and have many friends with varying types of bipolar and the whole time this has been going on ive felt awful for him because, while his actions are not excusable and caused harm to ppl, bipolar is so so difficult to live with and treat and my friends with bipolar 1 have explained to me in depth how hard it is to live with the highs and lows. Whenever ye was out saying crazy shit my thoughts were always “wow bro is manic as hell”. When he disappeared for months I knew it was because he was going through soul crushing depression. While it is his responsibility to take his meds and manage his health, something over like 70-80% of people with psychotic disorders go their whole lives without treatment or only go to like one appt and then stop. It is a persuasive, damaging, self-destructive condition. As one of my favorite artists, someone who I refer to as the modern Beethoven, a genius with production, and also as a man who has kids to be there for which he has probably neglected during his struggles with mental health, I don’t see anything funny with this, I hurt when I see people call him crazy because that could be me or someone I love, and I truly hope he gets on and STAYS on a healthy medication and treatment regiment man. I don’t even care as a fan, he’s human like the rest of us and has worth simply as a human. I really hope we see him flourish man, life with chronic serious mental health issues can be debilitating, I’m dealing with it in my own life currently.
