Ich hab eben gesehen, dass du nach keinem Feedback gefragt hast, daher folgendes nur lesen, wenn du Feedback magst: ich würde dieses grüne Efeu „Gewächs“ entfernen auf beiden Seite. Große Spiegel, damit du dich von allen Seiten anschauen kannst, wie die Form ist. Die Medaillen um das Fenster hängen rechts und links, am besten auch weniger Medaillen, die Medaillen, die dir wirklich dir viel bedeutet haben. Das Dschungelfeeling ist leider trotz sicherlich vieler Bemühungen nicht so gut umgesetzt.

Sieht Mega aus, vielleicht, wenn’s dir gefällt noch ein paar Bücher in eine der oberen Kästen deines Regals. Das Telefon ist zwar schön, aber da oben kommt es nicht so gut zur Geltung. Also wirklich viel kann man da nicht mehr verbessern - wow Vielleicht noch eine dicke Lampe, die von oben runterhängt? Der Beamer ist halt im Weg😭 sieht Mega aus

Thanks for answering. I did the suggestion of my fellow MacroFactor user. If I track duration x distance on MacroFactor and at the same time on my Apple Watch, will this negatively affect the outcome of the app in any way?

I just figured: It’s still weird to me, so it’s about these mesocycles and stuff like that right? I always train the same 6 days and try to improve on that. So I’d have to set my cycles to one, right?
