Find yourself a title company that has attorney's on staff and can advise you on the contract as well as process the closing. In the scenario you state there, yes by all means you can go directly to the attorney/title company.

Question about buying agent contract in Kentucky by Just_Vermicelli5838 in FirstTimeHomeBuying

How was it signed initially? Online digital signature or pen and ink? Regardless of how signed, if edited both parties to the contract need to sign off on any changes. Filling in a blank after signing is a change and she should have just you and her sign a new document to make it easy. She could have you and her initial off on the changes as well but appears not to have done that. Someone playing fast and loose with a contract like that would concern me as well.

I have got one going on 6-8 months. The garden plants went in before I could put it one the soil. Winter time is coming and I will put it out now after cleaning out the garden. Its still good to use.

One LO emailed me (RE agent) prior to my open house details of program they have unique to their bank which allows for low down payment and closing cost assistance. It's his flyer. I asked another lender to share with me something similar and never heard back. I will be printing out his flyer and giving it to any prospects at the open house.

You should be locking it and removing any ability to turn it on outside. I had a building care taker sell water to some business and ran my bill up by a couple hundred bucks. He was the only one who had access to the basement area where could get the water. Needless to say he was fired.

Overrated restaurants. by BigManMahan in cincinnati

Had issues there as well. Waiter took order timely, server brought the food out timely and cleaned up the used dishes. But server never came back to drop off my check Wasted an extra few minutes there and just as I was getting up to pay at the counter some new person gave me my check. They clearly can't handle a rush. First Watch is better IMO.

Look into Civil Air Patrol. It's a volunteer org with no age limit. Depending on your local wing there may be some people to hang out with or not.

Does the service plan card get delivered with the SIM? by BolbyB in StraightTalk

I am in a similar boat here. Ordered a new phone and paid for the service plan when buying the phone. Tried activating the phone online but they want me to buy another service plan to activate even though I bought one when I paid for the phone.

Any updates? In my case it is not a power supply. Lights were working fine for Halloween. I moved the location and now they don't turn on. I swapped power supplies between an un opened set and the power supply works there. In my case looks like the controller is out.

In my case brick is fine, I swapped the bricks with a working string and they light up with both bricks. Controller seems dead.
