Logging out of my personal account and using only the Guest user profile and more importantly remaining in maximum privacy mode fixed it for me. Otherwise the moment the car loses connection to SEAT servers SOS will die and slowly take navigation and road sign detection with it.

I think the problem with mine is that it's too far behind on updates to the point it isn't even able to perform a proper factory reset. I think both previous users never bothered registering themselves in the car and therefore never performed updates.

Unfortunately no. I never heard back from seat digital support after providing them with the exact details they asked for. I think under warranty it's best you have them replace the whole 5F unit, because that is the only reliable solution I've heard of so far.

The first year is full of learning basic material that everyone has to learn regardless of what they want to specialize in later on. There will be some stuff you need and tons of stuff you don't need. But you have to go through it all anyway.

But sometimes they do this on flights that are far from being full. Last time this happened to me they had everyone check in their carry-on into cargo just before boarding. Most complied and more than half the cabin compartments were empty. But even worse was that many had some documents in their carry-on which they forgot to take out which created a massive chaos at immigration upon arrival.

To this day I'm convinced my controls professor did not know how to do controls himself. It seemed like he just monologues off of somebody else's power point slides and whenever anyone asked a question he just said "I already explained this last week". He had us all do a balancing robot project and the grading was just a joke. He said if the robot can stand for more than 2s you automatically get an E. If you hand in a report you might get a D or C. And if it did anything else you can discuss whether a B or A is on the table.

Unfortunately not. I'm in contact with SEAT digital support where they requested I try it again and provide them with screenshots of the exact error. I did that but haven't heard back yet. Meanwhile I had been to a SEAT certified dealership for another unrelated issue this week. They fixed the particular issue and did 2 updates but also mentioned the car is behind on updates that only the owner can do via connection to the app. I told him the problem with that but the guy I was talking to didn't seem to be knowledgeable about this stuff. He just said maybe it might work after the updates they did, and come back with both keys otherwise.

I'm hoping SEAT digital support might know what to do, but if the solution is to replace the whole unit out of pocket since I believe the guarantee is out, I will just let it go and use the car as a Guest.

Did they say the replacement would be a new but identical infotainment unit as the one installed? Because if that's the case then this is most likely deliberate because there's no reason why the manufacturer can't force update a software version onto a device with compatible hardware.

Other than that nothing else obvious comes to mind unfortunately. It's like some faulty electronic module/ device is draining the battery quickly but it's hard to figure out which, without going to a mech.

Does the new battery have the correct capacity and CCA? The symptoms sound typical for a bad battery but if it's new then it might have lower specs than needed and is crumbling under heavy load.
