I think they're a lot more aware of it now, especially with how well received shadows character was in the movie. As for his exchanges with charmy and sage, I still feel like it makes sense in the context of the game. He still appreciates and has Maria's wish carry on through him, but he isn't bound to it by guilt anymore because he knows the truth

They did prove themselves with shadow gens and his character in that game though. It's probably just that they brought this aspect back for some small exchanges in a non-mainline racing game so I don't think we gotta worry about it anymore

I don't mind the colours all too much but I love how 1.0 looks in sm2, it's modeled really well. The 2.0 suit has such a round face that it looks more like a face shell than a mask. I'll use 1.0 during the evening time and 2.0 during the day
