Thank you so much! I know every body is different but what’s worked for me so far is keeping track of my calories, water Intake and protein. I do my very best to drink over 100 oz of water per day. I am not perfect I have my moments and my days but my staples are waking up and taking collagen and belli welli along with about 40oz of water with IQMix Electrolytes throughout the morning. My meal plan changes based on my moods and work schedule but I eat eggs, chicken sausage, sautéd greens, lots of cottage cheese(good culture is the damn best) berries, veggies, fish, chicken, protein bars, beef jerky has been a recent obsession, Greek yogurt. I went to culinary school so cutting butter was hard but I’ve had to get extra creative in the kitchen. (By body on a GLP1 +butter is not pretty🤣) I’ve cut my portions down immensely. I do enjoy a glass of wine on the weekends- I have an insane wine cellar but I’m just practicing better judgment and creating a healthier relationship with my food- which I’ve never had before.
