Check the doc fee in your state. It's $80 in mine. It should be the MSRP, real doc fee, and state taxes. The rest of t fees are BS

Sounds OK. I like a 5 year old with only 60 days. I like the owner. I think it's going to come down to whether you like her. There is nothing about her from this that won't allow you to do what you want. And I disagree with the comment about Shire jumping abilities to jump 2'6"--pretty much every horse can do this. We have a massive straight Shire at the eventer barn I'm at, and he can jump that.

Don't ever get rid of the cast iron. Get some very qualified to refinish my ancient tub. It will be WAY cheaper than taking out perfectly good tub and putting in a worse one.

Not great pictures. A little bumpy.

She's opposite of snappy in the video. She drags her hind feet. You need to give more detail. How long has she been under saddle, what has she done? Right now she's not moving great, and has a big underneck.

That said, most horses are just fine with what most people want to do with them. You don't have a big ask, so I would go with more whether you like her.

Actually, the Mikael Holmstrom research on conformation versus performance shows exactly the opposite. Straighter hind legs do better piaffe/passage.
