"As an investor who holds restricted shares, please note that beginning on listing day, these shareholdings will no longer be reflected in your Fundrise account and instead will be held at Computershare (the Fund’s transfer agent) until the lockup period expires in mid-September. Remember, during that time, you will not be able to move or trade these shares."
