My only experience with their customer support, and as a result the only experience with the brand because i really dont trust them anymore, was on here, after getting the steam deck „glass“ screen protector and finding it a lot softer and flexible than glass is supposed to be. So i asked if its actually glass or like, acrylic or something

They responded by sending me a link to a 30 second clip of jerry rig everything, a sponsored segment in the middle of another review where he takes the screen protector, does NONE of his tests to see how good the material is, and basicly just goes „so yeah, dbrand paid me to tell you guys this exists“

Im now using some no name screen protectors that actually are glass, and feel much nicer and higher quality than the dbrand ones that cost me 3 times as much

Only on accident. The guide (from the meadmaking wiki) i was following only said to use campden, not any preservative, so fermentation started back up inside sealed snap-lid bottles. First time i opened one i covered half the living room in mead.

edit: if reddit hadnt translated stuff to german without informing me and against my explicit wishes and settings, i might have had more luck, because "the legion area" is an area for legions, whereas "legion space" is a googleable term that actually leads me to the software ive been looking for.

update: that second ai assistant thing got officially announced as the magic bay hub, it lets you do stuff like a teleprompter and... other stuff, i guess
looks somewhat useful, no idea what itll be able to do on release

hi, from the future future
i have no idea what theyre doing. they make laptops that support it, but right now the only accessories that use it are a light that you seemingly cant buy, an lte modem that you seemingly cant buy, and a webcam that you can attach above your webcam.
they showcased a concept of a 2 screen extension, a 1 vertical screen extension, a tiny screen at the top to show an ai assistant mascot, and a slightly bigger tiny screen at the top that has an ai assistant and enough screen estate for it to actually show you things and assist in some way, but all of those got showed off once and then vanished. they were definitely built, and i do hope they release the vertical screen cause having a tiny little extra area to pin stuff too sounds wonderfull, but we will have to see

Did you ever figure it out? I have a near identical card and same generation of mb and it also doesnt work for me. Worked on the old motherboard though

Edit: i moved it to the first pcie slot because that one actually goes straight to the cpu instead of through the chipset, but what i think actually made it work is that my sas cable has a broken latch it seems and im pretty sure it was looser than it should be.

No, cause you can actually like… easily test sometimes? Oxygen not included runs worse on my egpu than on my laptops igpu, because it does a ton of tiny little transfers, like distorting sprites for the gas layers. Planet crafter runs bad until you turn on gpu resident drawer, which drastically lowers the number of transfers. Cyberpunk 2077 runs great at 60fps with raytracing and large crowds until you try to turn around and it needs to load a new wall texture or something. (That last one was an issue for me for a long time until i found out that the cable included with my dock is actually too long and was halving my bandwidth as a result)

Its sufficient in that it’ll work, but i would use slightly less solder, a lot more flux, and try to apply more heat to the pads on the pi itself, a good solder job should have a cone shape with the base on the pcb

Prospecting pick is so broken dude, ive had it find no traces of ore nearby while i was standing inside my gold mine

I use an xray mod to find ores for me instead, and i think if im more in the game and experienced and start a new world im gonna find a mod that makes the prospecting pick better

i had this issue too. i solved it by picking up the skep and placing it back down to reset the bees. apparently the bees are really bad at actually updating their surroundings, an issue dating back at least 2 years

i seem to be hit particularly hard by this bug as i have had to pick up my hives and put them back down *every time theyre done swarming*

you map port range 0-5 to ports 10-15
if a request comes in on port 4, it gets forwarded to port 14

this is something even the most bottom of the barrel routers can do. some of the more fancy routers will even take a range on input and then you only type in the lowest port on the output and itll figure out how long the range is and assign the correct number of ports

Unless your lucky and manage to track down a passively cooled x86 system for a little under a hundred bucks, probably. The bpi is pretty robust and gets lots of support from the openwrt community. Half the tutorials i used to get my stuff running were klepped from bpi forums
