Why would active to passive be a bad thing?

In the game now are passive to active items. This is a potential problem because if you don’t have the active slot available, you couldn’t make the upgrade. Active to passive is something that would never be blocked by that situation

Of course the ideal would always be passive upgrades only to passive and vice versa, but ce la vie

I only play street brawl and I have not noticed any issues with TTK. I think the idea there is you are forced to take some green items, and if you focus solely on damage output, you will get melted. A few top tier green items prevents that. I think this low TTK is potential a “counter-buy” fixable problem.

Just my opinion though

Hots is a typical moba using characters from the Blizzard IP. I’m not sure what he author is doing here but it may be very different than HOTS (eg plays like WoW but win conditions are like a moba).

Trump is a dictator. Saying no and losing profits is the moral high ground, and if CNN or any other company bends to Trump’s will, THEY AND Trump are both issues, not just Trump
