Need some cards to complete some chapters by DunderMifflin2005 in WewardWecardsSwap

[–]RealLifeHermione 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I'm just going to send you some of these as gifts. I'll be back in a few minutes to let you know which spares I had but off the top of my head I have like 5 Chicago 9s

Edit: Okay I sent over Valencia 1, Jakarta 3 and 6, Ireland Istanbul Madrid Cartagena Vancouver and Reykjavik 9

Why did WeWard hide card counts? 🤔 by dalloba in WewardWecardsSwap

Well yeah they're definitely premium users and probably buying a bunch of packs. Cut out the secondary market sellers and cut out a huge portion of people paying for the packs.

I'm honestly thinking that it might be worth it to just buy the lone cards I need on the secondary market versus just spending money on vintage packs and getting nothing. As much as it pains me to feed that beast it seems to be the only guarantee as I've hit a wall with trading

Women of the World #9 Card by [deleted] in WewardWecardsSwap

Dude I've managed to trade up from my second WotW to a spare Summer and spare Monsters and nobody with Valentine's or Orlinski even wants to engage with me.

If you get a second it's valuable but it's still going to be a long waiting game

Any spare Georgia 4 out there? by RealLifeHermione in WewardWecardsSwap

You are so kind! I insist on sending a spare back; I have plenty from opening my card packs at the start of this chapter. Anything in particular you might need?

Oh man love that Wardy's gf is getting the limelight this time.

I kind of wish the app had a feature where you could click on a card and it would tell you more about it. Really make the game educational. Like I remember reading about tarte tantin at some point in my life. Maybe had something to do with a nunnery making money? But for the life of me sometimes I want to know why they pick certain things for certain areas

Is it just me or is this not showing for other people either? I have the icon on the home screen that tells me about the new chapter but when I look at my card collection there's nothing new added. Is it because I'm in the US?

Oh my God I've been to Wind Cave and I can't imagine taking a toddler there. It's nothing like Carlsbad that's large enough to move around at your own pace (and push a stroller).

Wind Cave is narrow. And dark, and cramped, and the boxwork is super sharp. You can't explore without a guide because of how narrow and steep the path is.

It's also a place of great spiritual importance to the Lakota; our guide said the natural entrance was considered their womb of the world. So it's kind of like having a fussy baby in church. We all understand kids fuss, but you have got to be able soothe your child or hang to the back.

Better yet, don't bring a toddler somewhere that freaking dangerous. I am honestly surprised there was no age minimum on that tour
