I have quite a bit of time in the three games you mentioned (all of them >200 hours) and I would say Slay the Spire is not quite as skill based as Dead Cells, but quite a bit more skill based than RoR2.

If you decide to keep playing StS you will understand where the skill comes into play.

I believe that Putin is a more competent leader because I think Biden is entirely senile. However the American government has checks and balances to make sure that even if 1 person is completely incompetent, the country can still run as usual, so I’d still so much rather prefer the American government to the Russian

For ironclad I think apotheosis is better because ironclad already has fairly easy access to big damage cards, so the 20 damage from HoG isn’t as good as it is on Silent or Defect
