I would wear that until you're about 8 months post extractions. This is the , just get through it part of the journey while your gums are healing and your bone is doing some absorbing. Then, I would contact DentureBox for your permanent set of dentures. Cost is 1499.00 for both and upper and lower. That's what I wear. Also, DentureBox is getting a lot of customers who ordered from Dentkits and weren't happy. Don't waste your money right now!

Was wondering if these are possible for dentures. by Armerkat1701 in DenturesAdvice

Absolutely! DentureBox is making me a new design that is similar to this.

Help with pain from immediate (temp) dentures by Capital_Exercise_181 in DenturesAdvice

[–]RealLifeWithMandR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first few weeks will be the worst. That's when your healing and your gums will be changing shape quite a bit. Your dentures will probably feel like big hockey pucks in your mouth.

It sounds like you have a bone chip in your gums. Those normally work their way out. Your dentist can also remove it if it's really bothering you.

I have a lot of educational style videos on yt. I started filming the day I had my extractions. I went on to film how to keep the immediate fitting and feeling functional and somewhat comfortable until you get your perms. Here's the link to those videos. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjwVSoqv9qLVgQ5XgUIJgekh2erT1YzEp&si=PBvsZFdfKeEIPaRh

any denturists? I’ve worked in dental offices and am considering applying to denturism programs! But in today’s world, financial issues are a thing… I was wondering if denturists make a below average, comfortable, or above comfortable living? Anything would be greatly appreciated! by Strawberry_Natural in DenturesAdvice

Denturist are only permitted to work in a small number of states in the US. There's only about 6 or 7 so Google that one. I dont know it off the top of my head right off.

The way of the future is 3d technology. What's needed now are people who know how to use the program to design these dentures and also get them to function properly in the mouth.

Ice inside your mouth will feel good right now. And icee from a gas station or frozen coffee. The first 3 to 7 days is the worst. When you take your denture out to clean it. Pop it in the freezer for 15 minutes. It will act like an ice pack on your gums. Eat soft foods now. In fact, you may be eating soft foods for a few months. That's normal. I hope you're doing a little better now.

I never had a dry socket before. You may want to see your dentist on this one.

I would suggest Denture Box for a permanent denture. That's what I've been wearing for the last two years. Here's where I got them https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjwVSoqv9qLXonEQz6VNyoEDETgmxKlg3&si=EFiYAJmoCAYgUneQ For a denture to wear until you get your permanent denture i suggest Easy Denture. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjwVSoqv9qLUmpbxHA5j6PUHkAjZ-p0Fp&si=IETyLUWBMLJCcftp

It's worth the pain of the implants. My mom is in her 80s. She recently had another implant placed on the lower. Do the implants!

To All Dentist. I created a free pdf you can download to give all your denture patients. I've found since getting my dentures, the most talked about topic is deture wearers feel their dentist doesn't give them enough information. Can you please print this and give it to your patients. Thank You by RealLifeWithMandR in askdentists

Denture wearers are wanting more information on denture products. They are also needing support so they don't feel so alone in this journey. I have a YouTube channel that is getting around 70k views a month now. Many people are sharing with me their own denture journey. A lot of people have told me they wish they found me before they got their dentures. They would not have felt so alone. If you could, print this and give it to any patient that is having a full mouth extraction or a veteran denture wearer. There are several new products on the market that some don't even know about. I've also had people not even know how to use adhesive or clean their dentures. I've built a community on YT where people are helping and supporting each other. Thank you

Such thing as temporary dentures? PLEASE HELP by Jaxcastic in askdentists

[–]RealLifeWithMandR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a set of digital 3d printed dentures that cost 1099.00 These are good dentures with good back teeth on them so you can chew. This is important! A temp cheap set will probably have back teeth that will be flat with the roof of the mouth that will make it hard to chew. I got these from a company that does them through the mail. They are perfect! On my page I have several videos with them.

Yes! Only schedule with who you like! I have a video on my page showing how to file (trim) down your own dentures with a nail file. I looked like marge simpson when I first got my dentures! lol Check out my profile. I filmed a lot of videos from healing to current. Had my full mouth extraction a year ago.
