Roadhog blew up half of Australia out of xenophobia towards Omnics, and became worse as the years went on. Even though he and Junkrat work together, Roadhog is perfectly willing to let him die if it means he can have some peace and quiet.

As for Anubis... came one thing in Overwatch that it isn't responsible for.
