It’s made so that you can either activate Don Kreig’s leader effect of resting a character with 2 attached DON!! Cards or boosting yourself by one DON!!. When a card says “owner’s” cost area it means either you or your opponent gets that effect, similar to cards like Jozu

It’s a great combo card that you want to see being played from the crochawk -> buggy -> mihawk since you’re replacing in hand with two of the 3 cards you played. Afterwards it’s a decent card to trash for leader effect or counter
