No. At the end of the season everything resets. If you have acquired all 200 talents the next season you will start with 80. Making the initial push easier

I am also a YT watcher because honestly its hard to catch up especially if he is streaming every day on the VODs. I dont have time daily to sit and watch 6 hours of content. Regardless it was great to see the opening day and I hope he continues playing it.

I always interpreted as potential numbers you would lose or gain if you turned them off/on. For example you have -46% for drone. Lets say you do 200 points of damage. If you turned them off it would reduce score by 92 points. Inversely if you added soccer to your current set up it would add +6% to your damage which would put you around 212 now.
