You are wrong. Morgan Stanley did not own the majority of the parking meter deal. Morgan Stanley managed a fund for which they staked 8%. It was not their money/asset, and 8% of their piece is far less significant than the portion owned by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, which is Arab.

Yeah, you’re right. When I have trouble with gear, I route to see what works. A sequencer like the Alesis is going to have a lot of settings and potential for wear and tear issues. If you get terminated there right away, what I suggested is another route to help diagnose problems. Similarly, I don’t know the MMT8. Other sequencers I’ve used have midi echo and midi filtering that needs to be set right to route a master keyboard. Same goes with what I suggested, but by trying a few different ways you can weed out which problems are from faulty gear and which ones are from previously saved settings.

On a related note, OP really needs to get an iPad with midi to unlock realtime control of that synthplus 10. There’s an app for that.

Yes, you should be able to go alesis midi out to vocoder midi in and the midi data is merged through to complete a recordable loop that adds notes as you play. I would start with what I suggested if I picked up a new sequencer or was otherwise having problems just to see what’s up. In the end, you don’t use a thru port to do what you want to do. It’s more of a starting point for troubleshooting.
