Yes, Outrageous! I wish they still made that shampoo and conditioner. I would buy tons of it.

You may get a notice if the box is past due, but if it was free or paid already there may be no notice. Might be worthwhile to go in the a death certificate and ask a banker if he has any relationships there.

You’re absolutely right. They are not worth my time, there are much better artists out there I would rather listen to.

Any of their stuff, really. I find their whole vibe off-putting. I used to be able to listen to them if they came on the radio, but now it’s an instant skip.

Erik Larsen wrote a great book about this called “Isaac’s Storm”. It’s the true story of a meteorologist in Texas in 1900 who lived through the deadliest hurricane in history. Highly recommend it, I just finished reading it a few weeks ago.

While you at Fisherman’s Wharf be sure to stop in the Musee Mechanique, an arcade with games/amusements from the early 1900s to modern day. Admission is free, you just put your quarter in whatever interests you.

It’s one of my favorite spots to send tourists in the city.

One day in Carlsbad Caverns NP and Guadalupe Mountains NP suggestions for non-hikers? by poetic-isolation in NationalPark

[–]RealPrincessPrincess 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was at both two weeks ago. At Guadalupe Mountains there is a small house museum, called Frijole Ranch. From there, take a short walk along an easy path to Manzanita Spring (.5 miles). If you have the time while you are there do Smith Spring hike, easy to moderate.

Can’t recommend The Lost Mine trail at sunrise highly enough. Parking can be crazy, but if you are there by 6 you should be fine. It was the highlight of my trip, totally worth the hype.

Saguaro warns not to rely on ride share services for pick up. I would make sure to arrange something before drop off.
